This notice explains how Dew Fresh (“we” or “us”) collects, uses and shares personal information through dewfreshbeauty.com and our emails. Our store serves customers in the United States.
Information you give us
- Account (optional, once ordering opens): your email address, name, saved addresses and order history. Accounts are hosted by Shopify and use a one-time code sent to your email instead of a password.
- Email signup: your email address, each option you chose and its exact wording, the time, the page you signed up from, the website that referred you, any campaign tags in the link you followed, and your IP address and browser details. We keep this as a record of your consent and to understand which campaigns and creator partners bring new subscribers.
- Orders (once ordering opens): your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number and order details, plus the visit source described below and whether analytics was on for your visit. Card details go directly to our payment processor.
- Messages: what you send through the contact form or by email.
Information collected automatically
- Where your visit came from. When you arrive from a link, your browser stores the campaign tags in that link, a creator referral code if there is one, advertising click identifiers, the referring website and the first page you viewed, for up to 60 days. We use this only to credit the right campaign or creator partner when you sign up or order. It stays in your browser until then and is not shared with advertising platforms.
- Analytics. Unless you opt out, we use Google Analytics to measure visits and shopping activity such as products viewed and added to your cart. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, analytics stay off unless you turn them on in Cookie settings. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address and browser details under Google’s Privacy Policy. When you place an order with analytics on, our server also sends that order’s total, items and discount code to Google Analytics, linked to the same anonymous analytics ID. We do not enable Google signals or advertising personalization. Choosing Opt out in the cookie notice, or turning Analytics off in Cookie settings, stops it and removes its cookies from this site.
- Security and operations: IP address and browser details, used to keep forms, checkout and accounts secure and prevent abuse.

How we use information
- To run the store and your account, and to process, ship and support orders.
- To answer your questions and requests.
- To send skincare emails and offers you opted in to. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To measure and improve the website with analytics, unless you opt out.
- To credit creator partners and understand which campaigns work.
- To protect the website, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the store, under contracts that limit their use of it:
- Website hosting (Vercel).
- Storage of contact messages, email signups and your email preferences, and form rate limits (Supabase).
- Email signups, email delivery and your email preferences (Shopify and Shopify Email).
- Security checks on forms (Google reCAPTCHA; its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply).
- Analytics (Google Analytics, only with your permission).
- Checkout, payments, customer accounts and order management (Shopify and our payment processors), and shipping carriers, once ordering opens.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that ever changes, we will update this notice first, offer an opt-out, and honor Global Privacy Control signals.
How long we keep it
- Account information: until you ask us to delete your account.
- Email consent records: while you are subscribed, and for 4 years after you unsubscribe, as proof of consent.
- Messages to us: 2 years.
- Order records: 7 years, for tax and accounting.
- Security logs: 12 months.
- Visit source stored in your browser: 60 days.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time and opt out of analytics in Cookie settings. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or for a copy of it, by contacting us. Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights, including to opt out of the sale of personal information or targeted advertising. We verify requests by confirming control of the email address on file, respond within 45 days, and do not treat you differently for using these rights. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf with your written permission. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our decision.
Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, restricted access and multi-factor authentication for administrators. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes to this notice
We will post any changes here and update the date above. If a change materially affects how we use information you already gave us, we will tell you before it applies.
