This website, dewfreshbeauty.com, is operated by Dew Fresh (“we” or “us”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
An independent retailer
Dew Fresh is an independent retailer of finished cosmetic products made by third-party brands. We do not manufacture, formulate, repackage or relabel products. We sell each product in the brand’s original sealed packaging, labeled for sale in the United States and sourced through US distributors.
Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners. Unless a listing says otherwise, we are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the brands we sell.
Product information
Descriptions, ingredient lists, directions and cautions come from each brand’s packaging and published information. We work to keep them accurate, but brands can change formulas and packaging, so the label on the product you receive is the authoritative source.
Our products are cosmetics. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and the information on this website is general information, not medical advice. Patch test new products, follow the brand’s directions, and ask a healthcare professional about any skin condition.
If a product causes a reaction
Stop using it. If the reaction is serious, seek medical care. Then contact us with the product name and the batch or lot number printed on the package. We will share the report with the brand or its US distributor so they can review it and meet their safety reporting obligations. You can also contact the company named on the label directly.
Your account
Customer accounts are optional; you can also check out as a guest. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address, so keep access to that email account secure. Keep your account information accurate, and contact us if you believe someone has used your account without permission.
Orders
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it and send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price or description was listed in error, the order appears fraudulent, or it looks like a purchase for resale. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we refund you in full. We may limit quantities per order or per customer. Products are sold for personal use, not for resale.
Prices, payment and taxes
Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time before you place your order. Payments are processed by our payment providers at checkout; we never receive or store your full card number. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address where required.
Discount and creator codes
Launch-list offer: when you join our email list, we send you a code for 15% off your first order, by email when ordering opens (or right away once it is open). It can be used once per customer, cannot be combined with other codes, and has no cash value. The email shows any expiry date.
Unless stated otherwise, one code applies per order. Codes have no cash value, cannot be applied to past orders and may expire. Codes shared by our creator partners are meant for their audiences; we may deactivate a code that is misused or published on coupon sites.
Subscriptions
If we offer a subscription and you choose it, it renews automatically at the frequency and price shown at checkout until you cancel. We show those terms and ask for your consent before the first charge, email you a confirmation, and let you cancel online at any time before the next renewal.
Shipping and returns
Our shipping policy and returns policy are part of these terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier; if a package is lost or arrives damaged, we will help as described in those policies.
Warranties
Products are covered by any warranty their brand provides. To the extent the law allows, we sell products without additional warranties of our own, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Using this website
Use this website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, misuse accounts, scrape it at a disruptive rate or attempt to access information you are not authorized to view.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the state where our business is registered, which we will name here before ordering opens. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You may also bring a claim in the small-claims court where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated terms are posted here; the date at the top shows the latest version.
