What skincare products will you offer?
We’re selecting finished Korean cosmetic skincare with a focus on topical peptide and PDRN formulas. The full brand, ingredient list, directions and product details will be provided with each listing.
What is PDRN, and how is it different from peptides?
PDRN refers to purified DNA fragments; peptides are short chains of amino acids. Both can appear in topical skincare. Our skincare guide explains their differences, what has been studied and how to read the complete formula.
What is the difference between a serum, essence and ampoule?
These names often describe texture or presentation, and brands use them differently. An ampoule is not automatically stronger than a serum. Compare all five formats and find where each can fit in a routine.
What is Dew Fresh?
Dew Fresh is a Korean skincare store preparing to launch. We’re selecting serums and topical skincare from third-party brands.
When will products be available?
We’re preparing our first skincare products. Products and ordering details will appear in the shop when they’re ready. Sign up below for availability updates.
Which brands will you carry?
We haven’t announced the opening brands yet. We’ll share the brand and full product details with each listing.
Do I need an account to shop?
No. You can browse, save products and check out as a guest. With an account you can see your order history and track deliveries. There’s no password: sign in with a one-time code sent to your email.
How do I choose a product?
When products become available, each product page will include its ingredients, directions and cautions. Follow the brand’s directions and choose products based on your own preferences and skin needs.
Where do you ship, and what is the return policy?
We ship within the United States. Unopened items can be returned within the window in our returns policy; for hygiene reasons, opened skincare can be returned only if it arrived damaged, defective or wrong. Delivery options and costs appear at checkout. See our shipping policy.
Where do your products come from?
We buy from US distributors and sell each product in the brand’s original sealed packaging, labeled for sale in the United States. We’re an independent retailer, so we don’t make, relabel or repackage anything.
What if a product irritates my skin?
Stop using it, and seek medical care if the reaction is serious. Then contact us with the product name and the batch or lot number from the package. We share reports with the brand or its US distributor so they can review them.
Will creating an account subscribe me to emails?
No. Skincare emails require a separate, optional opt-in. You can unsubscribe using the link in any of our emails or on the email preferences page.
